Mickey is talking to Rylie and Kat. She's telling them all the reasons why Vince needs to go this week. Rylie says he prefers that Zach or Keanu leaving instead and it's a back and forth on this as she continues putting the point out to them. She also proposed

an alliance of Rylie, Katherine, Will, Ava and Mickey. Looks like Katherine may be changing her mind but its a lot of whispering and Mickey is still pushing the Vince must go talk.

Important to note that this alliance was supposed to be this 5 plus Rachel and Ashly but when Ava spoke to Rachel about it earlier, she politely declined on it.
