Before than - Rachel told them abt the convo with Keanu and saying you aren't supposed to lift weights while pregnant and Keanu was arguing that's not true as he trains pregnant women all the time. Keanu told Rachel hope she has insurance and Rachel replied she's glad Keanu is not a doctor and left before coming upstairs.
