(For the record, I know I watch these earlier than most but please feel free to start a new day if you've watched & there is no new thread. All are welcome to start the discussion!)
Ok pretty good episode from start to finish tonight, which is nice for a change.
First off, sorry I'm officially over Chad for good. Never really cared for him but the way he is toying with this innocent girl so much younger than him is disgusting. He has made the reality dating show circuit & is trying to do that in the CBB house. He is a master manipulator & is using Amelia's age & emotions against her, making her feel like it should be her fault he is "hurt", which he is not. He would move to the next girl immediately if she told him to F off, but she's too nice. If he guilt trips her into a showmance, or even worse hooking up I'd dislike him even more. Sorry if anyone disagrees, I just see through all his BS, it's not his first rodeo.
Speaking of manipulators, Paul isn't far behind. He already seems to have his ear & thoughts in every situation, but he does it in a way for his amusement it seems. A few fights with Karthik, the debate with Brandi at breakfast today....Paul is the classic example of a s**t stirrer, in UK terms.
I was much happier with today's additions to the safe club, though I was hoping Sarah or Amelia would grab a spot. One thing that really stood out to me was they chose to seperate "Jam" (I still hate that name) & they brought Sam into the club & left Jordan out. Maybe they are seeing the same thing in that house as we are on tv? One can only hope, and maybe Jordan somehow goes Tuesday, but I doubt it. The sooner Sam realizes to be his own HM the better of he will be.
Quick note on Trisha, I didn't know her before this but from what I've seen she will walk very soon if she isn't evicted. She just isn't cut out for this, unless she's just overly dramatic all the time, then I may be wrong.
Finally, there was no indication of how to vote at the end of tonight's show, so one would be led to believe more will be added to the safe list on Monday's show. I really don't like such short voting periods they do on channel 5, much more preferred the 3-4 days the public used to have on channel 4. Those days are long gone though.
All in all a MUCH better episode today, and I'm left feeling there are good things to come for the first time this season!
