The episode titled "Fear is Served", Jen Johnson, former Big Brother house-guest can be seen as an extra in the second challenge. She is wearing a bikini and has contestants guessing her weight by touch in a completely darkened room. Her weight of 120 was written on her forehead in sharpie.
