recipes in their back pocket usually especially 20 seasons in you know you need to have a few emergency dessert options in your toolbox.
But to add to that only 3 hours, and everyone's ovens opening and closing constantly AND you have to tie it to an inspiration dish AND make enough for all the superfans in only 3 hours.
