It looked like scrapple, which as a native PAian, I'm familiar with. I read they are similar except livermush has a minimum amount of liver required and scrapple has more corn meal. I like it, but 03/25/26 06:44 PM

you have to not read the ingredient label, because it is literal pork scraps, and you don't want to think about that. Usually, you slice it up thinly and fry on a flattop, browning it so it is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
