From the sounds of it, Anthony served the judges least favorite dish, but he had immunity. They liked parts of Brandon's but it had issues, and I think they were not happy that he only did that one dish. I think the timing that the judges arrived it what screwed over Tierra Reina (yes, one team was Carolina Queen and the other was Queen of the Land). Sieger was a little too involved in the mistakes of the servers. That should have been Oscar's job to straighten out. I'm not sure why the Exec Chef is concerned about which seat is getting which dish, just make the food and have Oscar and the servers figure it out. Congrats to Oscar for finding his groove, even while he was doing FOH.
Take out was a weird curve ball. Some foods just to not hold as takeout orders. Recently a local restaurant near me posted a video on FB talking about this, he said "we make food to be eaten in the restaurant, we don't make food to transport and eat 30 minutes later". Or even worse, it's not picked up in a timely manner, so it sits.
The winner of the last LCK should not be a surprise.
