Fred Fagenbacher popped up for the first time since his appearance in Georgie & Mandy's Season 1 finale, after he unsuccessfully made a bid for Jim's tire shop. Since he couldn't buy the shop, it appears Fagenbacher is going to try his hardest to drive his competitor out of business.
