'Big Bang Theory' spinoff 'Stuart Fails' gets title, cast details
HBO Max has confirmed the title and initial cast for its latest Big Bang Theory spinoff, 'Stuart Fails to Save the Universe,' centered on Kevin Sussman’s Stuart Bloom. The sitcom will feature returning characters Bert, Denise, and Barry Kripke, with a plot tied to Stuart’s comic book store and a multiverse mishap caused by Sheldon and Leonard’s invention. While Jim Parsons has ruled out reprising Sheldon in any reboot, the new series expands the franchise alongside Young Sheldon and Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage.

HBO Max has greenlit the third Big Bang Theory spinoff, officially titled 'Stuart Fails to Save the Universe.' Kevin Sussman returns as Stuart Bloom, the unlucky comic book store owner, in a plot that sees him grappling with a multiverse disaster after breaking a device built by Sheldon and Leonard. The series will also bring back Brian Posehn as Bert, Lauren Lapkus as Denise, and John Ross Bowie as Barry Kripke, with the story partly set in The Comic Book Center of Pasadena. Looper + 1
