New details about the stunning ouster of MobLand lead Tom Hardy from his role in the show’s third season have now been revealed.
The Hollywood Reporter, which notes that a source claims Hardy’s “fate is yet to be decided,” detailed some of the clashes that occurred on the set of the Paramount+ crime drama’s second season, which recently completed production.
According to the trade, Hardy butted heads with several creatives: executive producer Jez Butterworth and those at the production company, David Glasser’s 101 studios.
A source told The Hollywood Reporter that Hardy refused to leave his trailer for hours as a “power play,” which meant other A-list stars of the show, including Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren, were left to wait for him. The source described the move as “career suicide.”…..
