The couple, who have not been publicly identified, said through their attorney that they were left in an 'absolutely impossible situation' when they learned their embryo had been implanted in a different woman. Officials believe the mistake was made back in March 2020, when the couple used the Fertility Center of Orlando at the same time as Florida couple Tiffany Score and Steven Mills. When doctors accidentally implanted the wrong embryo in Score last year, she went on to give birth to a baby girl, named Shea, in December, and they quickly realized she was not their biological daughter. Score and Mills said they tracked down Shea's biological parents out of a 'moral obligation', but said they loved the little girl and wanted to fight for her.
