Why Flavor Flav Is Betting Big On Women’s Sports With ‘SHE Weekend’ In Las Vegas

Is Flavor Flav the new definition of leadership?
For many fans, Flavor Flav will forever be remembered as Public Enemy's energetic hype man, a 2013 Rock N Roll Hall of Fame inductee, the larger-than-life personality behind the iconic clock necklace, or the star of reality television's Flavor of Love.
But over the past two years, Flav has quietly been building a different reputation as an advocate for equity in women's sports.
His latest effort is an investment in visibility, recognition, and celebration for women athletes who often receive far less attention than their male counterparts. This Summer, Flavor Flav is hosting "SHE Weekend" - short for Sports, Hospitality and Entertainment - an upcoming four-day event taking place in Las Vegas alongside MGM, Delta and Dove from July 16 to July 19, honoring elite female athletes and U.S. Olympic champions…..
