Officers discovered the children, ranging in age from 2 months old to 9 years old, uninjured at a storage facility in Milwaukee just past 1:35 a.m. Sept. 16, a spokesperson for the Milwaukee Police Department told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, part of the USA TODAY Network. Authorities said the other children are 2, 3, 5, and 7 years old. A 26-year-old woman and a 33-year-old man were arrested after officers discovered the children inside the storage unit, the department said.
