Actress and former child star Kirsten Storms is facing some legal trouble, after her ex-husband was granted a restraining order against her, according to reports.
Brandon Barash, who was married to the "General Hospital" star from 2013 to 2016, filed a request for an emergency restraining order, according to People magazine. In his filing, Barash alleged that Storms, 42, has been experiencing mental health issues that compromise her parenting of their daughter, 12-year-old Harper.
Barash's request was approved by the court, with a judge agreeing that Storms is in a "mental health crisis," per the outlet.
USA TODAY has reached out to Storms' representatives for comment.
Storms' former spouse, who first filed the restraining order in December, is also requesting that the Disney Channel alum undergo a mental health evaluation, People reports. He said Storms contacted him last May and revealed that she was "experiencing delusions and hallucinations," allegedly telling Barash that she shouldn't have custody of their daughter for her parenting time……
