Not sure about the low sink with faucets for 3 kids? Maybe because I havnt rented a beach house with little kids… Adding a Powder room was definitely a value add. They are all pretty nice…but a bathroom would never be a reason for me to book that home… Clean & fresh looking, Give me a view, Deck furniture….place for beach toys…I’m good Report Remind Me Link
