*Tyler was arrested Sunday, Aug. 9, on charges of child sexual exploitation of a child to induce or entice, sexual exploitation of a child, possession with intent, sexual exploitation of a child involving video and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to court records; he was released the same day
*He is scheduled to be sentenced in two separate cases in September, according to court records
