Republicans are putting on a big show of killing Trump's slush fund. But what about the other part of the IRS settlement, which gives Trump, his businesses and his family immunity from audits? They're not saying anything about that: Rep Jamie Raskin tells me Dems will try to force votes killing Trump's IRS immunity deal. Make Rs vote on that, not just the slush fund! Raskin also says a Dem House will strengthen prohibitions against this sort of corrupt presidential self-dealing: WaPo poll finds: 56% oppose ballroom 52% oppose triumphal arch 68% oppose his signature on money Among independents those numbers are even worse.
