Chicago Fire season 14's final episodes will put one relationship to the test

We're rapidly approaching the Chicago Fire season 14 finale, and there are still many loose ends left to tie together. Between Chief Hopkins singling out Severide and various interpersonal dramas creating tension among the team, we have a lot on the burners for the final episodes of the season. And that includes Violet and Novak navigating their feelings for Vasquez.
The best friends and paramedic partners will find their relationship tested on all accounts in the remaining episodes of Chicago Fire season 14, especially after their recent dust-up over their shared interest in Vasquez. After Novak revealed to Violet that she's no longer seeing Dr. Frost, a situationship that seemingly turned icy, Violet had a secret of her own to reveal.
When Novak put her initial attraction to Vazquez aside to pursue a short-lived relationship with Frost, Violet ended up becoming close with Vasquez and having a one-night stand. Violet confesses her sexual encounter to Novak when she shares that she still has feelings for him, creating an awkward and tense situation for the pair as Novak wasn't thrilled about Violet keeping that a secret….
