Heading into the Chicago Med season 11 finale, fans are on high alert after the penultimate episode of the season ended with Gaffney going into lockdown as a result of a Code Silver. The lockdown was implemented after a prisoner managed to overpower a guard and steal his weapon, triggering the lockdown. The promo for the finale shows the armed man has taken Dean at gunpoint as he walks into a room with Ripley; however, it's neither Dean nor Ripley who appears to be in the most danger in the episode.
