Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s eldest daughter dropped Pitt from her name.
Zahara is not the first Jolie-Pitt child to make the move.
Pitt and Jolie split in 2016 following an incident on a private plane that involved their children.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s eldest daughter, Zahara, received approval from a judge on Monday to legally change her name from Zahara Marley Jolie-Pitt to Zahara Marley Jolie, according to PEOPLE.
Pitt and Jolie, who married Aug. 23, 2014, share six children. In addition to Zahara, who’s 21, the family includes twins Knox and Vivienne, 18; Shiloh, 20; Pax, 22; and Maddox, 25. The actors split in 2016, following 12 years together in total, although their messy divorce was only finalized in December 2024.
The seemingly abrupt breakup followed a family flight on a private jet on Sept. 14, 2016. Within days, Jolie had filed for divorce and Pitt was being investigated after allegedly becoming “physical” and “verbally abusive” with one of his kids in view of the others…..
