The late actress, who died Saturday following her nearly decadelong battle with cancer, filed a petition Friday to dissolve the former couple's marriage, per People magazine and E! News. The filing noted that the divorce was a "default or uncontested dissolution" for both Doherty and Iswarienko. Doherty and her ex-spouse also "entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support," the outlets reported.
