Baldoni was no longer a defendant after the 10 claims were thrown out last month. I'm a little surprised his production company settled the remaining charges. From what I saw, the evidence was overwhelmingly in their favor. There is still a related off shoot case that doesn't name Lively or Baldoni, but may bring to light more of the quagmire of the last two years. Life is (still) great! Report Remind Me Link
