What happened in Season 1?

After Lena was shot on the job, Maria Baez came to Boston to be by Danny’s side. The crisis helped the couple realize that they both should have fought harder for their relationship. Meanwhile, Danny was considering taking the Sergeant’s exam and getting a bigger place so Maria, her daughter Elena and her mom can stay with him.

Once Lena was released from the hospital, her biological father and half-sister joined the Silver family for Friday dinner.
