Stipend amount to represent how long they were in the house instead of just reaching Jury then all getting the same amount. They clearly are trying to encourage lazy players to stop shooting for Jury with changing the Jury Stipend amount and instead to focus on winning but trash players are going to continue to still shoot for only Jury since they still focus on gaining followers, sponsors, and getting onto other shows after leaving Big Brother.
