From Wikipedia: In the Power of Veto Competition ("Back From the Future"), each HouseGuest must help future Howie Gordon defeat future Will Kirby by constructing a path between the "Table Time Machine" and Will's throne using a series of tubes. The route must pass through all eleven amplifier rings before reaching the throne. The first HouseGuest to successfully connect the entire course won the Golden Power of Veto.
Mallory ultimately finished first, winning the first Power of Veto competition of the summer.

From the first Veto comp which Mallory won. When Mallory was on stage talking to Julie one of the pictures shown behind them was Mallory wearing the Veto medallion she won during that comp.
