necessarily true. First of all, he has never been respected or treated like an equal partner with the icons. It's a do as we say and we will keep you safe arrangement, not a let's discuss as a group what our next moves are. Because the icons only see the alliance as the 3 of them and Drew and Barrett have never been equal partners. They have done so much stuff behind their backs and only look to what benefits themselves. Is BB a selfish game? Sure. But when you constantly treat allies like they don't matter or have a voice, eventually they fight back. Or at least they should.
As far as moving to the bottom of the Yash side...I don't necessarily see that because first of all, there isn't an organized Yash side. Yash has loyalty to Taylor and Mallory, but not so much Lala. He and Taylor both love Lala on a personal level but neither have wanted her to be a big part of their games. Lala also prefers Angela over them. Yash also needs a bro to hang out with....he has always wanted to work more with guys in general and Barrett might be the last guy left in the house for that outside of an icon and a rat weasel he doesn't trust.
So I could see a world where there is a 4 person alliance...Yash/Taylor/Barrett/Mallory with Melody and Lala as outside numbers. Which means Barrett is not at the bottom at all.
As far as is Barrett making a mistake taking out Drew when Drew is most loyal to him? The problem is Barrett sees Drew as a sinking ship. Barrett cannot move to the other side of the house with Drew in tow because they hate him and don't trust him. He may have been willing to stick with Drew if Drew didn't suddenly become rah rah Crossovers again. I think Drew said one line that changed it all for Barrett: There is no way out...we are stuck being with them. That is when Barrett's mind switched and said I have to find my way out with or without him because being stuck with this type of alliance where you don't matter and your "allies" don't consider you an equal partner isn't the way he wants to continue in this game.
I also think Devens' threat to go nuclear last week let him know how easily they could just destroy his game when things don't go their way. Another way that they have shown how much Barrett doesn't matter to them in the grand scheme of things.
Good decision or bad decision....I think this is about Barrett getting back his own self respect and his voice in the game. Win or lose, I think he could live with it now. My 2 cents. For what it's worth.

Here are my thoughts: Many seem to feel like Barrett is making a mistake if he votes out Drew because it moves him from middle of one alliance to bottom of another. I don't think that is
