 If Dee tells Devens her plan to throw veto to Angela, I think he will shut that down. He seemed pretty hesitant about using his DPOV on Dee when they talked in the gym saying he doesn't want to burn

his relationship with Yash. He did cam talk after Dee left that she's his #1 and would use it if he has to. But Dee willingly throwing the POV negates the "has to" part and choosing to protect Angela and burn his power to do it may mean to him he's not her #1.
