JokersUpdates.com: BB Discussion - I’m getting really tired and confused over these “advantages” people claim the vets have. Seriously. Let’s look them over

1. Angela got the egg. That has to be one of the worst punishments there is. Can you imagine having to put that thing on 24/7? It can’t be washed. It’s not easy to lay in or rest in. That was NOT an advantage in any way, shape or form.
2. Devens did get an advantage, but it hasn’t been used yet. He’s waiting to use it if he has to. In the meantime it seems that people are complaining because it even exists. But, let’s remember it existed in the past, otherwise it wouldn’t have been able to have been won. And, it wasn’t won by a “vet” in the past episode either.
3. Dee on giving someone $5k. I don’t even know how this would be an advantage if you think about it. First, she’d have to give up the anonymity of having won it. Secondly, compare $5k to the $750k of the winning money. Imagine having to tell someone they can have $5k if they give up their vote, give up trying to win, or throwing a comp. It’s as good as telling someone “I don’t think you are good enough to win, so hey, how about if I give you a pittance?” Dee’s right. It’s a crappy power that taunts you.
4. Melanie got a so called punishment. It’s one that she looked amazing in. She got to wear it around with her best friend. She got all kinds of compliments on it. It didn’t inhibit her in any way, except when it came time to shower or use the toilet. Even then, the vine was long enough to make it pretty easy. The girls loved it. Most people do not love punishments, but they do love being super cute.
