My understanding of the remaining powers:
Big Brother Bribe - $10K to bribe HOH to come off the block any time after veto. Replay - HOH can play in next HOH comp. Never Not Pass - no HN for rest of season. Mystery Competitor - prior HG competes in veto for you. Coin of Destiny - Flip coin and if called correctly takeover HOH secretly before veto.
