...point during production, to change, add to, delete from, modify or amend the Series Rules or any of the terms or conditions relating to the Series (including, without limitation, those affecting or governing the conduct of the participants on the Series, the Series activities, the elimination of participants from the Series and the granting or withholding of prizes).
"Producer's decisions on all matters (including, without limitation, participant selection and elimination, and decisions regarding the creation, interpretation and implementation of any terms, conditions and rules [including the Series Rules] governing the Series) shall be within Producer's sole control and shall be final and binding on me in all respects and shall not be subject to challenge or appeal."
Winner Selection & Elimination Decisions (Paragraph 5): "The selection of the winner shall be final and binding and is not subject to any challenge or appeal by me." It further adds, "If I am eliminated, the decision to eliminate me shall be final and binding and not subject to challenge or appeal."
Participant Casting/Selection (Paragraph 36): "Producer's decision regarding the selection of participants is final, binding and not subject to challenge or appeal."
Arbitration Rulings (Paragraph 69): Should any legal dispute arise under the agreement, the document specifies that the arbitrator's ruling "shall be final and binding and not subject to appeal or challenge."
