It's just like all the people who claimed the PROMO VIDEOS from the different seasons only containing former House Guests means that the cast would be all vets even though it was impossible to release any promotional clips of the new cast in the house BEFORE they enter the house. There was even comments that there was clearly a lost in translation with the promotional information since incorrect names were being mentioned as confirmed HOSTS for unlocked.
