Accent which made people think she was dumb before finding out how smart she is, Ashley thought the character was playing dumb to hide their intelligence and that screwed up vote is because she was a puppet that hadn't been told who to vote for before voting so voted the wrong way. There is a rule about NO TALKING while in that hallway on Eviction Night so Julie only being firm that the original vote couldn't be switched was Productions way of saying they wanted to keep the puppet in the house as long as possible. she could easily had her vote thrown out of received a penalty nom/vote after that eviction while not being allowed to play for HOH.
