 If Lauren wins BB, she stays. If Kelley wins BB, Kelley & Ava vote for Lauren to stay and Vinny breaks the tie to keep Lauren, BUT...

Morgan wants Vinny to break the tie by voting out Lauren, and they said they talk again when they wake up. Kelley has also told Keanu she's vote to keep him, but that seems like a lie (but maybe not).
If Keanu wins BB, it looks like Lauren would go as of now.
