xx * The way I understood it. She has to play the solo comp if she wants to use the power. If she wins the comp, then she gets the second veto and can use it on herself or someone else the week she plays

xx * She has to announce she is going to try to get it at the veto ceremony. So first veto is used, then she announces she's invoking it to play for her chance to then use the second veto.

xx * The first veto is the regular veto. Say she plays it this week, the 1st veto is Jimmy’s veto. If she wins her solo comp she gets the second veto to save whoever she wants. So it’s the second veto
