either this is a hidden room off the HOH bedroom that shares the bathroom or this is the door to the HOH bathroom. NT

Pretty sure that IS the HOH bathroom. You can get a brief glance inside and sinks are straight ahead with shower and toilet room to the left, just like HOH bathrm has always been laid out. NT
