I think I cancelled back in January. The code worked for me, $1/month for 2 months and I went with premium. Once the promotion is over I'll switch to essential until live feeds come to an end. NT

I decided to start a chat online with Paramount. I told them basically the same as you; that I was a loyal customer that wondered why all the discounts were only aimed at new or returning customers.

Yes, there are exceptions to who can get the new sales prices...unfortunately I am not eligible. I keep my account year-round and am not going to change plan.
