dungeon-like room. To win, they had to hold a heavy fencing sword up against a cutout shield representing "The Mastermind’s" face. If their arm gave out or their sword slipped for even a split second, they were instantly eliminated,
The Result: The swords were notoriously heavy, causing the women (Ava Pearl and Ashley Hollis) to drop out early. It came down to Keanu Soto and Vince Panaro.
The Downfall: Keanu famously lost focus about an hour in because he was too busy laughing and "bro-ing out" with Vince, allowing Vince to win the HOH title and eventually set Keanu's eviction into motion.
