This is a response to: I wish for POV, it started w/ an empty bag, and everyone who is eligible to be picked dropped their chip in the bag, then names are drawn. NOT convinced all names are in there due Prod interference!!

 Or do like on survivor, they all pick a rock and the color on rock determines who plays NT
