work with anyone willing and able to work with you and not taking anything game related personal. The big weakness in that is assuming that others are the same. They will never understand players like Joe from Survivor or Mallory who aren’t willing to work with them to make a game move that is good for all of them. While it makes them better game players, it is a huge blind spot that can result in a blindside.
