Lyric promised Devens she would “NEVER” put him on the block if he took her off. That’s why he’s thinking about it. But, one of the biggest mistakes people make in the house is not following their plan. First instincts and showing loyalty to your alliance will get you further than breaking plans. Lyric comes down. Rome goes up. Jason wins the Block Buster. Melody goes home. All the hard work is ruined. Or, Rome wins Block Buster. Jason and his dual personality wins over votes. Same outcome. Their only hope would be for Melody, at that point, to win the Block Buster. That gives them a 33% chance of success. Whereas, take Melody off and their plan is still 100% breaking up the socially adept trio.
