 I think what's working also, is both dropped their egos (if they had them), and are learning BB on the fly without disrupting their own style - doing their thing, subtly but strongly & open -

Quite the experience mixing, true gamers. Their maturity is noticeable and a huge breath of fresh air also. The kiddies/purse crowds had me turned off over the last six years or so. The annoying frat boys, college kiddies etc we're all pathetic mix of Jersey shore, bad reality mom's basement. Prior, we had the run of everyone wanting to be an actor ... glad this season seems different, so far
