Outside a ALL STARS season the newbies have always out numbered the vets who usually make it to the jury if not the Finale. all that actually been confirmed is Production is finally listening that fan do not want the house full of influencers who are only there for followers, that fans want more people there who are going to shake things up and actually compete to reach the F2 chairs instead of playing nice just to reach Jury and collect a check while being at "Summer Camp". They would be better off having a full cast of players NEW to the Big Brother House while casting player they know who will bring the drama from other shows and will actually compete to win.
