As of late 2025, at least three players from the U.S. Big Brother franchise have passed away: Mickey Lee (BB27/All-Stars 2), Kent Blackwelder (BB2), and Cassandra Waldon (BB1). Lee recently died in December 2025 from cardiac arrest after flu complications, following Blackwelder's 2017 heart attack death and Waldon's 2019 accident-related passing.
