At first Mary, that was the name of the 'agent' I was chatting with, tried to assure me that 'promotions' for loyal customers like me would be coming through email and for me to keep an eye out for them.
I then asked her if I cancelled my account today and then "returned" on or before July 13th (the day the latest .99 cent per two (2) month discount ended) that I could get 2 months of Paramountplus for basically $1.98 versus the $12.99 a month I was paying now.
Mary told me she had to check the wording on the "returning" customers and then came back to tell me she could offer me 2 FREE months of subscription beginning next month (August) and running through September 2025.
I accepted the offer and have a copy of the transcript in case Paramountplus charges me in next two month so I can contest the charges if need be (will keep you all posted).
So, basically saved myself $25.98!

I decided to start a chat online with Paramount. I told them basically the same as you; that I was a loyal customer that wondered why all the discounts were only aimed at new or returning customers.
