JokersUpdates.com: Major Crimes - Ok here are my choices for the possible leak.. I have 2 choices, (possible spoiler inside from tonight's episode):

I thought for sure that all would be fine when the Judge ruled in favor of the Defense on the "Summary Judgement" and dismissed the case.

Right after, as they were celebrating at headquarters, Pope pulled Brenda aside and told her to go speak to the attorney that lost the Summary Judgement. The lawyer told Brenda that she shouldn't celebrate because now, since he lost, he was going to file "discovery" for a Federal lawsuit against her and he went on listing many of the cases that she oversaw. Why would Pope ask her to go into that room and speak with him, without her attorney present and added "don't lose your temper"? He had to have known what he was going to speak with her about. He also was privy to the information.

Why Pope? Well, I think he blames Brenda for making the short list for Chief of Police, when he (Pope) thought he had the job in the bag. He may be trying to get rid of her now.

Or...
Taylor. He tried his best, since season 1 to get rid of her. I also believe he thinks she is standing in the way of his advancements, also.

I just know one thing... I thought for sure Brenda was going to get killed when she went back into that interrogation room, & not knowing the suspect had a gun!! Thank goodness, she was stopped in time.

I know there will be 11 episodes left for this season with the final 6 episodes transitioning into "Major Crimes" The date for it's return will be Nov. 28, 2011 as per wiki.
