This is the worst piece of $@#$@ ever created.
I'm in queue for the RP online tech chat. I'll be throwing the PC out the window in a few minutes because I know they'll ask me to do a thousand different things unrelated with the problem.
The problem is common - I've seen it all over the RP forums, without any definite solution:
After isntalling RP, clicking Help > Sign In shows a window to get that weather thing and then it stops. Cookies are enabled in RP and IE's cookies have been reset to Medium.

A few people had the sign in problem... was it resolved for anyone? I reinstalled RP and now I have it too.
