 Need help with RealTV, please!!!

Because I couldn't get it to work right, I finally uninstalled what I downloaded last year, then downloaded and reinstalled. Double-clicked on the BB7playlist and it does show up in the menu.
BB6 playlist is there, too, and I can't figure out how to delete them.
When I select the bb7 quad, I get the 4 views but do not get volume controls for each one - as we had last year.
When I click on the multi-clip 4 camera choice, I do get the individual sound controls, but no picture!
Help! What can I do?
