Nick arrives at Chelsea’s studio to apologize for Faith and finds her wearing a wedding gown from her collection. Chelsea wonders if she should start sketching a wedding dress for Sharon. Nick assures her he will never get back with Sharon, but Chelsea laughs; getting back with your ex is practically a Newman family tradition. Nick helps with a jammed zipper and they wind up in close proximity briefly. Talk turns back to Faith’s meddling. Chelsea says Sharon still loves Dylan; being with his brother would be little comfort right now. Nick asks if she’s talking about Sharon, or them. He asks her out to dinner. Chelsea jokes, but accepts, though she doesn’t think tonight is ideal. “It’s Valentine’s Day.” Nick agrees it’s a lot of pressure. She takes a call and he leaves.

At Crimson Lights, Lily learns Sharon poured milk over Nikki and says she understands about in-laws. Sharon explains that she’s the sole owner of the coffee house since Dylan left and is divorcing her. She plans to make her new reality work.

In her car, Sharon pulls out a photo of Dylan and cries. She flashes through everyone who went off on her for lying about Sully/Christian and starts the car.

Cane and Billy debate about work strategies at Brash & Sassy. They try unsuccessfully to reach Victoria regarding a photo shoot with Lily. Cane says he’s hired a hotshot photographer, Jordan Wilde (Darnell Kirkwood). Billy thinks Vikki would be on board. Jordan arrives and soon after Lily comes in. She greets Jordan familiarly. It turns out they know each other from when Lily was the Fresh Face of Jabot. He tells Lily she sure doesn’t look like a soccer mom, and shows off one of her old shots. Lily and Jordan laugh together over memories as they work, and Cane tries to break into the conversation. Billy teases him about being a third wheel. Cane suggests they go outside, but Jordan wants to pose Lily sexily in the lab.

At Newman Enterprises, Vikki tells her father she’s going to buy back Brash & Sassy. Victor notes she lost it because of him; he will help her buy it back. He warns her to check Jill’s offer with a fine-toothed comb so she can’t force her to keep on Billy and Cane. Victoria wants them to stay on. Victor wonders if they'll be her janitors. He hugs Victoria as Abby returns from a meeting. She congratulates Vikki on reacquiring Brash & Sassy. Victor has Victoria give Abby some advice on acquisitions, and Abby bristles. She figures Victoria plans to come for Newman next as the heir apparent, and wonders if she should resign now. Victor reassures her and she apologizes for her insecurity. Victoria is floored to hear Victor let Abby deal with ‘Higgins’ on her own. Once alone, Victor tells Victoria he’s grooming Abby because she’s genuinely interested in the job. Victor advises Vikki to run her company on her own and make no excuses.

At The Underground, Vikki asks for a stiff drink and updates Nick that Victor is grooming Abby to take over the company. Nick is taken aback. Victoria isn’t convinced that Victor is really stepping back. Nick shares that Chelsea declined his dinner invitation. Victoria notes it’s Valentine’s Day – no wonder she went running for the hills. He relays Faith’s attempt at steering him toward Sharon and calls his failed attempt to date Chelsea ‘brutal’. Victoria says, “Turn around.” Chelsea is there. Once alone, Chelsea tells Nick he didn’t do anything wrong and suggests he make a dinner reservation.

Sharon arrives at the ranch to see Faith, but Victor says she’s gone to the salon with Nikki, to undo the damage from her unacceptable behavior. Vic notices Sharon’s in a state and asks if he can help. They discuss her reasons for not allowing Faith to move back. Sharon tells Victor if he really wants to help her, he should use his connections and take her to Dylan. Victor dissuades her of the idea – she should stay where she belongs, there with her family.

Vikki arrives at Brash & Sassy as Jordan has Lily posed seductively on a tabletop and Billy teases Cane about not wanting other men to look at his wife. She asks, “What the hell is going on?” The shoot wraps, and Victoria complains about them going behind her back. Cane is unapologetic. Victoria warns Billy to remember she’s the boss. Billy checks to see if she has a mustache. Later, Jordan helps Lily unzip as Cane looks in through the window.

Cane says to Jill, “Please give me this chance to work for myself.” She gives him until the end of the day.

Victoria tells Billy, “He is going to have a job here as long as he accepts that I’m the boss. I am going to own this company again.”

Ashley says to Jack, “I don’t trust you anymore, brother! If you can’t get it together soon, then I am taking over Jabot.”
