IMO Lisa pulled back because she finally realized she was being annoying. I think Lisa is trying very hard to repair their relationship but instead

ended up being way too aggressive and making Kyle pull back. Once she realized that this wasn't what Kyle wanted or needed, she restrained. No doubt Lisa cares about Kyle BUT Lisa is one of those friends that likes exclusivity, so you will notice that anytime she sees Kyle getting closer to others or defending her sisters her response is almost always overboard. (first, second season Kim)
