thought Cirie was trying something against her because of choosing to remove Sarah's vote.
So, once the confusion settled a bit she's like "hold on a moment, only i can use the advantage"... as more of a reaction to what Cirie was doing and not proactive ahead of the curve in what was happening.
What i thought is Sarah knew it wasn't transferable but she just didn't think Cirie didn't know this, or even further didn't even expect Cirie to use the advantage and so she was taken by surprise in the moment and reacted.
[Or, maybe she didn't let Cirie know the part of it being nontransferable but didn't think Cirie was going to use it anyway]
This is when it starts to become frustrating needing to rely on the editing vs watching it play out on live feeds. From my point of view i felt pretty confident it was more Cirie overplaying but i am seeing the other point in how it could've been Sarah's plan all along to test Cirie. It's hard to say either one is definitive without more clear evidence.
